🔧 Standard Warranty Coverage
All parts sold by PARTS FOR WHEELS come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:
- Defective or non-functional parts
- Parts that do not match the specifications as provided by the customer
- Fitment issues caused by catalog errors or incorrect listings
We aim to resolve all valid claims swiftly and respectfully, either through a free replacement or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
🛠️ Extended Warranty Coverage (Engines, Transmissions, Frames, Beds)
Certain parts come with extended warranties, but only if explicitly confirmed by our representative at the time of sale and clearly stated on the invoice:
- Engines & Transmissions May include coverage for both parts and labor, ranging from 6 months to 5 years, depending on the unit, condition, and agreement. This coverage is not automatic—it must be discussed and documented.
- Frames & Truck Beds Covered for 6 months against structural defects, cracks, or damage not caused by improper installation or external impact.
If no extended warranty is mentioned by our team or reflected on your invoice, the default 30-day warranty applies.
🎨 Color Match Disclaimer
We do not guarantee color match for any part unless:
- It is explicitly confirmed by our representative
- It is clearly stated on the invoice
Paint tone, finish, and shade may vary due to age, exposure, and manufacturer differences. If color match is critical, please confirm with our team before placing your order.
📦 Return Window & Conditions
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
- The part arrives damaged
- The part does not match the specifications you provided
Returns must be initiated within this window. Please include:
- Clear photos of the part and packaging
- Serial numbers or tags
- A brief description of the issue
We respond to all return requests within 24–48 business hours.
❌ Specification Mismatch Policy
We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or replacements if:
- The customer provided incorrect specifications
- The mismatch is due to buyer error (wrong year, model, variant, etc.)
Please verify all fitment details, serials, and compatibility before placing your order. Our team is available to assist with pre-order checks if needed.
